Giveaway # 1: Cupcake Carrier Bake n' Take {closed}

I was super excited when I won the Scharffenberger gift hamper and the Joy of Cooking book as giveaways.  And now, it’s my turn to give back the love to the world that has been given to me and my blog.

So here’s my Giveaway # 1:  Cupcake Carrier

Cupcakes have become quite a trend these days.  For birthday parties, picnics, baby showers, dinner get-together, girl's lunch, tea party, classroom parties, gosh, just about anytime!  The only trouble with cupcakes is to carry them carefully so all that effort of baking and frosting doesn't go down the drain.  Here's the solution and this is why you'll love this giveaway.

What's in there:
1 Oneida Cupcake Carrier
Original price, if you're interested to know: $40
Capacity: Holds 24 cupcakes
Set Includes: 3 piece Bake n’ Take Cupcake Pan, Tray and Cover
Details:
a) One 12-cup non-stick metal cupcake pan
b) One 12-cup plastic stacking tray
c) One plastic locking cover having snap-tight lock system with easy-carry handle

To enter the giveaway:

Whether you're a blogger or non-blogger, if you don’t bake (or don’t want to bake!) and want to participate: you enter by telling me in the comment section of this page what this blog lacks AND what you would like to see more posts about, in detail.
Otherwise, bake cupcake with any flavor of your choice.  Then,
  • If you’re a blogger: you enter by publishing a blog post about it, specify in your cupcake post that it’s an entry to this giveaway linking back to this post, and then use the LinkyTools below to link to your cupcake post.
  • If you’re a non-blogger: you enter by e-mailing me your cupcake picture and recipe.
Please note:
  • Old posts need not be linked, republished or submitted.  Bake fresh cupcakes, blog a fresh post!
  • Linking previous posts will not disqualify you, but they’ll only be removed from here.
  • You can participate by publishing as many various cupcake posts as you want until the giveaway closes!

You want to share about this giveaway on Facebook, Twitter, or other social networks?  Thanks!

Got questions?  Please ask!

Hope you’ll enjoy participating and coming across several cupcake recipes as much as I know I will.

Have fun,
Nisha

(And NO - this giveaway is NOT sponsored by Oneida!)

  12. This is a lovely giveaway, I have been needing a cupcake carrier forever. That being said, I think that I would be more attracted to your site if it was a little more colorful and fun. The ads were a little offputting, I thought it was a scam at first. I would love to see more posts about explanations of the dishes you cook. A lot of them seem foreign but really enticing to me, but I'd have to google them to figure out what you're talking about. Maybe include a picture of the original dish and an explanation for those of us that are inexperienced with those dishes? Thanks! My email is caitpre@yahoo.com.

  15. OK..Even if you cannot send the giveaway..feedback on the site.
    1) The pics are nice but not awesome and lack the finesse that one would see on http://www.passionateaboutbaking.com for instance.
    2) A little more clarity into the recipes, in terms of measurements , to encourage people to try out would be welcome.
    3) The header and the home page are nice right now but some food photography done right would glam up the site and invite everybody to peek in

I could go on but 1 step at a time..:)

  17. I would like to enter the giveaway. I found you through a post on Oneida's page and I am so glad I did. I have clicked through all the different sections of your blog and I must say I really like it. I especially enjoy learning about new foods and cultural differences. While I know you have some personal stories on here, the one thing I think that is missing is more photos/ stories about you and your life. I really enjoy seeing pictures of bloggers making recipes, doing different projects, traveling to different places, etc. But, to be honest, I had to really reach to come up with anything, because I really like your blog very much as it is.
